Our flowers require very little care but we want to make sure they stay looking fab for you! These care tips apply to both preserved and silk flower arrangements:

-Keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight

-Keep your arrangement dry

-Try not to touch your flowers

-Use a hairdryer on the lowest and coolest setting to remove dust from flowers

We do not offer exchanges or refunds so please choose carefully when purchasing.

We would love to create some gorgeous flowers custom to you! Feel free to add any specific colours you would prefer in your arrangement in the order notes and we will do our best to cater to your specifications.

Yes, we would love to do large/bulk orders of arrangements for any occasion or business needs! Just send us an email at enchantedbloomscontact@gmail.com with the number of arrangements, colour scheme and your price budget, or fill out an enquiry and we will get back to you!

No, you do not need to water your arrangement as the flowers are preserved, dried or silk, and must not get wet. Less maintenance for you!

Your preserved flower arrangements can last up to 5 years if it is cared for correctly! Please note that over time you may notice a slight discolouration/ fading of the flowers. This is completely normal as the flowers are still a real, natural product and though they should last for a few years, they won't last forever!

Our silk flower arrangements will last as long as you do! There is absolutely no upkeep with these flowers so they will be just as beautiful as the day you get them! Just make sure to keep them out of direct sunlight as this will cause the colours to fade.

Yes! We are now able to offer shipping on all our preserved arrangements Australia wide, and our silk flowers to Australia, NZ, USA and Canada!

All of our flowers will be shipped through Australia Post.

Please keep in mind all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post at no fault of Enchanted Blooms. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific time that you will receive your flowers and always suggest ordering ahead of time to ensure you receive them before you need them!
