Shipping

Enchanted Blooms currently offers shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your cart once you have added $150 worth of items. Free shipping does not apply to wedding or international orders.

All orders will be shipped through Australia Post.

Australia metro delivery timeframe; 3-7 business days. Regional delivery timeframe; 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post at no fault of Enchanted Blooms.

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post is then responsible for delivering your order to you safely and without any damages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any of our silk or preserved arrangements. Our preserved arrangements are made with real, preserved and dried flowers and as no two flowers are identical, there may be slight variations in the shape, size and colour of them. This also applies to silk flower varieties where there may be slight variances in each stem. Please be aware that colours may differ in real life due to the lighting in the photo and the colour variation of the flowers themselves. Once your arrangement has been picked up/delivered, any damage to them is no longer our responsibility.
